PHP/MySQL Site similar to YouTube.com

This project is to develop all content, images, design and code for a new web site called "[login to view URL]". This site is a discussion and news site that watches '[login to view URL]' (and similar sites). The idea is that the front page of [login to view URL] will look similar to [login to view URL], automatically updating every few hours to link to the latest links/images/stories at [login to view URL] and other similar sites dealing with online video/media on the Internet. The specifics: All code must be in PHP, and no flash (except possibly as a banner on the front page. The site should be search engine friendly using 'words' where possible (so Search engines will read it). Don't use 'graphics' with too many words or phrases on them - words should be inside the html - The goal is to be very search engine friendly. The server (you will have full ftp access) is running apache, php, under centos (red hat) linux with all the latest modules. If you feel it would be easier to use a 3rd party software such as an opensource project to help manage this site (such as the discussion areas or comment areas) please list the software you want to use here in your bid (We are open to that). Attachment has full specifics for you ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
