Responsive DJ Entertainment Agency Website

Hello. We're looking for the right freelancer who has what it takes to help us design a website that's above all others found in our market (Baltimore, Maryland, Washington DC, Annapolis USA). We're in the highly competetive DJ service industry and want our site to sit apart from everyone elses. (I know, who doesn't right?) Current website: [login to view URL] Our immediate thoughts/requirements: Must be a responsive design perhaps retina ready website preferably in HTML but willing to consider Wordpress or other platforms. Must be visually appealing to our broad demographics and easy to navigate. Must be COMPLETELY SEO OPTIMIZED with keywords, meta tags, schema markup, sitemap, Google Analytics,etc. Once constructed, we want the ability to periodically update in-house including graphics, text, adding pages, etc. We do have limited skills but will probably require a litte guidance especially initially. It's all about conversion so we'll want something that makes it super easy for the visitor to contact us. We may provide a template/theme if we can find something that wows us. Always open to new ideas and can provide samples of potential candidates that we've found thus far to get you started in the right direction. About Us: We're a husband/wife team that for nearly 30 years has overseen a steady roster of DJs who provide musical entertainment at various social, wedding and corporate events. We love what we do and maintain a stellar reputation with those who do business with us. With increased competetion and more tech savvy people then we'll ever be, we're struggling and working harder then ever before just to survive. Our family and those of the DJs working for us are counting on us to generate new business. Believe me, we're doing our networking, direct mail/e-mail along with other marketing efforts but do count on our website to generate leads. Thankfully we rank well with Google and other search engines so we can easily be found - we just want to wow our visitors and convert once they land on our page(s).
