Create a Directory Type View of a Custom Post type in WordPress

I want a detailed directory system which can be navigated through going deep into categories. Refer to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Here we have a navigation that goes from clicking the images and then clicking the sub type we need. What i want is, - A same navigation on the front end, may be some plugin or query based script - Should be good for SEO The layout should be somewhat like in the above links, with thumbnails and also with a little excerpt. - Works with the Same theme. - Backend has a new Custom Post type(No confusion with the basic wordpress posts) - Different Categories than those of normal posts - Real time content, if i add new content to a category or a very deep sub category it should not be visible anywhere else other than the specific category.
