Template, CSS, Bootstrap, PHP improvements.

This is not for a full Website or Full Template design just some minor changes to the code, CSS, and Bootstrap that need to be done. I am looking for Web designer that is seriously knowledge in Joomla, hard scripting, Bootstrap and CSS to improve a template that was purchased on themeforest I will provide the template in an Akeeba backup and designer has to agree to work on the live site. The work on this project should not take more than three maximum five days. The template is perfect for what the company is looking for but template needs two top menus so are extra top menu will have to be added with social buttons and a left module and a right module that can be easily turned on and off with a lot more positions added like the following website: CSS: The top menus background needs to have more transparency so the can see part of the slideshow when scrolling! Grey-Fonts- light grey with bold Dark grey Sky and Dark Blue-Links, All links and mouse over will be sky blue then mouse over Dark Blue. The improvements I am looking for are mostly CSS and XHTML with minor PHP changes but mostly CSS. Adding shadows to the pages breaks and slide shows.
