bugs fix + extending script - PHP, ajax

** 1)** In an uptime monitor script remembering the last IU (user interface) look and settings (by using a cookie and IP address of the user) for logged in users is not working correctly. Basically the following needs to be tested if it works and if it doesn't changed and fixed in line with my directions during the project: * Remembering of each user's last UI settings and look should happen in all situations including at each user's next login and page reload or refresh, browser window/tab closure, browser closure, leaving the site and similar. * Two or more hardcoded values need to be replaced with variables. * A <div> tag is not being refreshed properly upon form submission (form submission by ajax works 100% though). **2)** A pre-selected and researched way of implementing SMS functionality needs to be implemented into the PHP based script. A knowledgeable programmer can have this done quickly. **IMPORTANT: The project will be extended by 3 days each time IF there is significant progress made in the first 3 days and each successive 3 days. This enables us to avoid losing time if the worker is unsatisfactory.** **Please quote "VITA" for your bid to be considered.
