CMS Replication

Hello Coders, this is my first time listing a project for bids here at RentACoder. What I am looking for is an experienced coder/programmer to be able to make me a content management system which should be easy to create. The cms I'm referring to is at " [login to view URL] " and seems to be very stable for using a flatfile database. What I need in this replication is extras or deletions and the code to be written original. If it would be possible that the code inside cmsimple could be repeated then this would be fine. But I would like that the code look or/and appear as a new code. I have looked at the code and determained that as long as the coder is familiar with its methods then it should be fairly easy to recreate and adding new works to it a offerable challege. Objective: .To evaluate the cmsimple and determine the method used. .To create a new and improved version of the evaluated cms. .To code the new cms as perscribed in the instructions found inside the zip file.
