Forwarding email system for PayPal orders/transactions

BUDGET: $30-$40 Do not bid if you won’t take payment after project is complete. Please no milestones as I will automatically reject you. I have a small local wordpress travel site that contains an order form. The order form requires travelers to chose their country of destination amongst other questions. The form has an option of 7 countries. Once form is complete, they check out through PayPal to submit their form. Now depending on the country they chose on the form, an automatic email containing the filled out form is immediately sent to agents in that country once the payment has been approved. So If they chose country A, then the form will be emailed to agents in country A so that they can reply back to the client. A cpanel admin page would also be great for this purpose to also keep track of clients and allow me to add or delete more agents. I have a cpanel I used in the past and this will help you drastically understand the structure of how I want this work. Again payment only after project is complete and no milestones. I want a very user friendly interface and very easy to use. Thanks.
