308520 VBulletin game API

Looking for an expert to create a game API and files for vbulletin site to use for special licensed flash games on custom vbulletin pages. The files and API need to save all score data from a flash rpg game/games to the database with the vbuletin user info, or display a pop up if guest "score will be recorded if logged in or registered". Award a badges to registered users for completing game or campaign, game type, or amount of gold. A plugin for game badges to display in member profile and in postbit. Also need to a tabbed table to display the information by category and user, ergo: highest score, highest level, most gold, I have example API's and example code from kongregate and ibproarcde and more information available on request.
