Right now we can only add and delete. We dont want to delete, just unpublish some of them sometimes. If user checkout with post code and shipping rate not found based on post code because rate is UNPUBLISHED in Admin, just simple message on the front. > please contact support for shipping rate < 3) When printing the invoice from Admin, the invoice does not fit on the page and there is no option to scale down.
