New Order Alarm (MOD needed for CubeCart)

This is a MODification to the CubeCart shopping cart system ([url removed, login to view]) I need to automatically check if a new order has arrived into the CC database - a computer, live on the internet will need to be logged in continuously to achieve this (so the login may need to be addressed to maintain a login status). A special Admin web-page could refresh periodically, activating an alarm if a "pending" order waiting. With the alarm triggered, the order will then need to be automatically printed out as a picking ticket. (Preferably by-passing the printer settings confirmation page), along with payment information. I also want a sound played, so staff have an audible alert. The alarm will sound, until someone clicks OK on the screen, the system will then automatically change that order to "processing", and start looking again for orders. If multiple orders are received, the system simply processed the first, resets, then would find another, reset, and so on, until there are no more pending orders, still continuing to refresh and look for new orders. As part of the order, this application requires that the credit card details are printed onto the picking slip, for manual payment processing in a shop. There is a MOD available at: [url removed, login to view] that can currently handle this, so for this application, I would be happy to purchase and work with that if necessary. Ideally, I would like to split the card details, part by email, part by server, but I think that would be impractical for this application. I'm not happy about the security of this, and any suggestions to ways of improving the security will be considered. The site will run off 128-bit SSL. I need code ready by 1 September 06. Code will need to be provided with complete step-by-step instructions for applying it into a standard CubeCart [url removed, login to view] installation. A working demonstration to prove the code will be necessary. to complete the job.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
