I. RECRUITMENT WEBSITE A. Job Posting: Client organizations will be able to do their own job posting and will automatically generate job announcement. The job announcement will have the following tab contents: 1) General information about the job and Job Description 2) How To Apply 3) Benefits Page 4) Supplemental Questionnaire 6) Printable announcement 7) Receives online application once submitted by job applicant 8) Give an automatic receipt acknowledgement of the application received, 9) At the back end, generates a database of applicant for each job posting. B. Job Search (Interactive search for job applicants based upon location, job category (pull down menu of about 80-90 job categories), keywords, salary, and jobs posted in specified time. C. Resume Submission · Jobseekers / Front-end Functionality o Account Information ??" Login Information for the system o Job Seekers Personal Information (Add/Update resume) o Job Search o Job Cart ??" List of Jobs for application o Job Application or Resume submission ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
