Policy issuing on-line application

Project scope: It’s required to develop a web based application (PHP, Codeigniter, Bootstrap, MySQL) for data entry and pdf document creation, as a general overview. The following are a list of general fetures that are required for the application: -The application must be able to have a form for data entry (insurance policy information) and a process to create a pdf document (insurance policy document) out of different predefined templates - It’s required to set up security framework for user access control (user credentials and user roles). - Transaction logging for tracking changes purposes (when a user logs in and logs out, what changes it made, how many times a document has been issue, among others). - Search and filter capabilities integrated on each of the application forms. - Reporting and data export to MS Excel file formats. Skills required: - Strong PHP knowledge with database driven applications. - Experience working with CodeIngniter framework - Experience with database design (preferable). - Capable of fast adapting to an already built PHP application (no more than a week). - Systems development experience for the U.S. Insurance industry (Commercial lines). - Strong English communication skills: written and spoken. - Experience on database driven applications development. - Been able to adapt the project scope during the development phases, but with little or no extra charge. Your responsibilities: - Must write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision - Review business requirements working with a Project Manager. - Produce a solid, detailed technical design (preferable) - Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use Your qualifications: - A work style that is extremely detail oriented - Strong communication skills - A complete Freelancer profile - References or an established reputation on Freelancer preferred Attach documentation: 1.
