Hola, Le puedo ayudar con su sistema de manejo de escuelas. El año pasado he implementado un sistema muy parecido utilizando PHP y MySQL que corre en una intranet utilizando XAMPP, y que tiene toda la funcionalidad que describen. Tiene un módulo de administración, tomando en cuenta la matrícula del estudiante, y capta datos como la clase en que se encuentran en un año escolar específico, su dirección, teléfono, documentos entregados, nombre de padre y madre, etc. Otro módulo es para los pagos, en que se permite registrar un pago del estudiante en caja de la escuela. El registro de pago selecciona una categoría de pagos que está vinculado con una categoría para la contabilidad. Al registrar el pago, el usuario del sistema mira inmediatamente si el alumno está moroso o no o si tiene becas. Becas y categorías de pago están registrado separadamente. El último módulo es para la contabilidad, en que se manejan las categorías y se registran las transacciones. El sistema tiene reportes extensivos (más que una docena), viene protegido por un sistema de login y tiene respaldo automatico que se manda a través de correo. Tengo una larga experiencia de programación, habiendo trabajado con C#, java, php y por supuesto visual. Le podría convertir el sistema a java tomando en cuenta sus especificaciones.
