All site must be SEO friendly, friendly URlS, each page must have meta title, metadescription and metakeywords, all those added in the add listing form, the site must have option to add/edit/delete other pages than the listings, like about us, history, etc, those pages can be in categories. Must create categories, subcats. And listings can be on various cats or subcats. All images on listings or pages can be uploaded from his own computer and must create thumbnails/big images resizing on the fly, with watermark. If delete listing or page, then images will be deleted. All must be dynamic, css and with templates.
