I have subscription to IDX broker ([login to view URL]) that gives me the ability to wrap the MLS data with the look and feel of my Joomla website by setting a global header and global footer. An area where registered en-users can post remarks about properties, neighborhoods, cities, condo complex, etc. but this is an area of registration collecting data and a ranking system. This can be achieved utilizing IDX Brokers widgets to generate the code via the admin section. 7. Tie in somehow the IDX Broker Backend, and the Joomla Backend so everything is in one place if possible either using and iframe or some other means doesn’t matter. B) I want to be able to integrate the joomla template look and feel into MLS data and not use iFrames to do this. C) I want to take advantage of featured property slide shows that must be served by data provider without having look and feel of site change. My guess is that we would need grab the template code to get the look and feel and then create a custom CSS page to wrap the template around their content leaving the core joomla template running untouched for regular joomla delivered content therefore I need a good strong CSS and Joomla PHP person. 3. That being said, is why I know that the site I want built is not to hard considering the instruction on the global wrappers is all on the IDX Broker website, IDX Broker provides all the widgets, html generated codes, IDX Brokers 24 tech support, AllVideos (by JoomlaWorks) component will be provide, twitter component will be provided, and any Joomla components needed to achieve any goals will be bought and submitted. I understand the development process, and therefore will pay a bonus on a website delivered on time. This is will be the first version of the website, and WILL BE and ever changing site.
