Simple API

Need a php API made that includes JSON and XML-RPC so I can allow connections to my online mysql database.

The database has 12 fields.. and I wish the API to connect to the database and allow other company to view the jobs in the database.

Also need a small html template so that the jobs can be viewed through a http connection... this will be for a public api. I will see a company later to issue api keys etc. probably 3scale

If you have done api in the past and I hope you have this should be a rather simple project as it is straight forward without any special circumstances.

I need this today, so please do not bid for something that can not be completed today.
