I have following questions. 1) I clearly understand point-1 ... You want a system to keep calling on a specific number again and again. 2) Call Duration of each call needs to be 10 minutes. Call will either be dropped by dialled number or if call duration is reached to 10 minutes. 3) Do you want developer to provide voip account or you already have an account? How would people/users will join the conference? by calling at any DID number or through SIP Software? 4) I am a little confused in this point. Actually I have explored your project from development point of view. According to my understanding, You want to use multiple SIP Accounts. Each sip account will be used for maximum 300 minutes. Once 300 minutes are over then next SIP account will be used for further calls and so on. Please specify a range. For example 300 to 400 minutes because if an account has reached to 280 minutes already and there are 20 simultaneous calls already connected using this account then total minutes will be more than 300 minutes once connected calls are dropped. If you are more concerned on 300 minutes SPECIFICALLY then I have cleared this thing to avoid any misunderstanding in future. 5) What do you mean by "extensions" and "save job"? what is the need of extensions in this project? Hi ... really interested in this project ... so my assumptions are like these : 1. Create application for Windows Desktop. this application automatically dial the registered number ... and if finished call the next number automatically ... (question : is the number placed on database ?, and what type of database used ?) 2. (question : did you mean, if the numbers are failed to contact, then application automatically redial the same number after 10 minutes ?) 3. Application will dial 10 numbers at same time (question : where did the call pass through ?, or is it just play WAV file ? 4. Application has sip re-register function to the server 5.
