Update C++ Application with UI/Image/Display-Related Features (repost)

I have a C++ Windows Desktop application that is relatively small as it\'s focused on supporting one particular image-editing scenario. This project is with regards to adding new features to it and/or tweaking it. The application allows you capture of a photo and making certain modifications to the captured image. The program uses QT and OpenCV libraries, but the changes may/not require much expertise in those libraries.\r\n\r\nThere are several features I\'d like to add. I\'m open to hiring someone who can only tackle List 1 or someone who can of course tackle both lists. \r\n\r\nList 1 - Features that require little-to-no image-processing/OpenCV expertise:\r\n1-Showing side-by-side the originally captured image, and the final modified image\r\n2-Providing Email and Print support for the before/after images (with possible configuration of text that may be printed along with the before/after images)\r\n3-UI Improvements\r\n A-Making UI more user-friendly, so just about anyone can tell what the next step should be\r\n B-UI Improvement: Making UI more touch/stylus-friendly. This may mainly mean making certain controls large\r\n C-UI refinements: Finishing touches to make the application \'commercial-ready\', such as ensuring right resizing is allowed, text is more appropriate and appears fully, unnecessary controls are removed, etc.\r\n\r\nList 2 - Features that will likely require image-processing/OpenCV knowledge:\r\n4-Supporting adjusting brightness of certain parts of an image\r\n5-Supporting fuzzing of certain parts of an image (so one part of image blends into another nicely)\r\n\r\nThank you!
