Write some Software

Hi, I am looking for to have a software created like an virtual printer. We are establishing a concept for customers to be able to send letters/invoices etc directly from their computer, without having to print local, fold paper, put into envelope, put postage on and hand off at the mailbox. I want my customer to be able to install "Telekomgubben Virtual Printer". When the customer choose our virtual printer, there should be a pop up screen where the customer can type in the recipient of the letter they want to print. Then the letter will be sent to a "server" under the customers own account, daily we go through all our customers accounts, and physically print whatever they printed with the "virtual printer". Then our staff will fold, put into envelope etc and hand off at the mailbox. To summarize, 1. Customer print with virtual printer 2. A popup screen shows on customers copmuiter where they type in recipient. 3. Customer has an account setup through our website "[login to view URL]" 4. Our staff login to the admin of "easymailerwhater..com" and print all the customers letters/invoices etc There should also be funciton for being able to set price for the customer, like a letter = 1USD etc, and a counter so that we monthly can bill our customers for the amount of letters they have sent.
