Small PHP, HTML, and SQL adjustments and fixes in my website-

This is a website that needs small adjustments. I dont need CSS work, only the Functional part of the site. Requires php, html, database, and possibly javascript skills. 1) in the main header i have a search form, i will need you to create one more search field with district, and another dependent field with the locations of that district to preform more accurate searches. 2) also in the suggested gigs page, i will need those filters including the category filter to get more accurate results. also add profile picture and date to the listed items. 3) fix some facebook login / logout problems in firefox and chrome 4) hide one thumbnails when a gig only have one image 5) change the language text of one button, (this is probably the only thing that is java script) Please read the project details the attached file with screenshotes where i include all the details of the project. I need someone who can work quick, maximum one week to complete all tasks.
