General Requirement
Create MS Access database that is able to accept answers from an MS Office test document (preferably Word) and grade it. The answers will be displayed for printing/downloading. The following info is required on the ‘test’ and needs to be associated with it:
* Name
* Company
* Date
Tests should be auto-generated from the 'questions' in the db in preferably Word/MS Office Format. The end-user must NOT be required to install any application created for this project to take the test. They should be able to use either MS-OFFICE or the web to take the test. The questions are in multiple choice and true/false formats. Each question is part of a specific subject area. There are seven or eight total subject areas with many questions in them. The db needs to be designed so each question is identified as part of a specific subject area. The reason for this is that the **next** phase of this project will be to deliver only those subject questions on the web that a user selects.
The Access db table(s) for questions needs to be set up so it can easily accept more questions, edits to existing ones etc. An example of one set up/design of said table is:

* The whole project be done in a data-access page linked to Access db on the back-end delivered via web scenario. Project must be complete in that it can be taken as is and put on a web-backend and have the test be operational within the same deliverable time frame.

) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
