Build 30 Web 2.0 websites

Description Building 30 Web 2.0 site. I need to build 30 web sites that I will post on the web. The model the sites will need to be built like is www.youwalkaway.com. 5-10 of the sites will follow this model. They will have a shopping cart and they will need to all crosslink with the other 30 sites. The other sites (20-25 of them) will need to be built like this site [login to view URL] I will need an automatic chat feature on it just like [login to view URL] has. This site also has a large back end that will track and analysis what the client searches and clicks on. It will then take that data and send it to the agent who is assigned to the clients, so that the agent knows exactly what the person was searching for when they get the call. This site will pull from my other sites and will use RPL or IDX along with Google maps and other features. When you bid on this job please be prepared to build very extensive real estates sites with the latest and greatest technology. This site will tie in with Google maps and will designate the homes searched to a very high degree, etc. This is a very intensive site. I will post the scope and video explaining how the sites are laid out in detail and how they are to be built prior to giving this job out. I want you to use the best software and programs out there that will make the site very cutting edge. Please place your best bid the first time because It may be your only chance to get the job. Do not bid with the intent to get extras latter. Do not start high on your bid thinking that I will negotiate. Give your best bid the first time. Many times I will get one bid lower than another and their quality is good. They have just thought of a more efficient way to build the site. I Will not pay a milestone payment. I will post all the money in Freelance escrow so that the money is their. You will get paid when the job is fully completed according to the full scope. This is the second job of many to come. I am looking for a company that can touch up the old site and build this site to replace the old site and continue to improve it along the way and also to build many many more sites in the future. It is a requirement that you are available to work with me on the hours that I designate.
