Customization of WordPress Corporate Theme

We’re looking for WordPress experts to help us to customize a WordPress corporate theme, all in all, most importantly placing SEO in mind while doing the following:- [1] We have already purchased a theme from [login to view URL] . However we can purchase another theme if you opt to do that, you will help us to redesign the overall look, layout to match the nature of our business - logistics. We would like a simple and contemporary design for the website, for example, [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] These websites are for references only to indicate our interests in the usability of the website, the simple, professional, contemporary and cool design of the website. We’re not looking to clone the website. We have browsed through the themes and several themes that we like are [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] and many more.(DESIGN) [2] The default language of this website is English, and we need it to be translated to several languages such as Italian, French, etc. And we need a separate page for Chinese, with a different content. In another word, it will translate the English content to Italian, French, Spanish etc etc but the Chinese contents are separated from the English content. The Chinese contents will be written and provided by us (WPML, LANGUAGES) [3] We need track and trace of a cargo aka shipping containers (not courier) on the website. It’s fairly easy to find a plugin to support this if they were courier companies such as DHL, UPS but we are looking at shipping companies not courier. The rest of the functions of the websites are fairly easy and quick to customize and comes with the theme already if you are very familiar with WordPress.
