Integrate provided design into shopping cart site and also SEO

We will provide you with a web site design (just the graphics for the site and overall design idea) created in Adobe InDesign. You will need to take that provided design and integrate it into a shopping cart. The design we will send you will be an image that is custom-made by us, but you will need to use tables or CSS, etc...in order to get the same type of look. If we just used all images instead of boxes, etc. then the page would probably load slow. Therefore, we can provide you with individual images as well and you can piece the site together....so we can create graphics and send individual graphics for the web site as needed. We currently use Creloaded 6.2 (Standard version). We are ok changing to another shopping cart if you have a better option. However, we do need to be able to easily update/add/edit/delete products and images and categories, etc. in the shopping cart. We currently use Store Manager for Creloaded which is offered through [login to view URL] Please take a look at that software or try a demo or view a screenshot to see how easy it makes adding products, images, etc. We don’t want the cart to look like a default Creloaded or oscommerce shopping cart. It should all be custom like the web site examples listed below. This includes white hat method only. It should include keyword research, keyword placement, competitive analysis, search link partners, alt tags on images and other onpage optimization process such as meta tags preparation for various pages which includes title, description, keywords, h1/h2/h3 tags and other important tags. Manual submission to all the major SE's The below is from a provider that bid on a past job, but we had to cancel that project because we wanted to start this one...their SEO sounds great and is what we want and need included in your bid. I will assume your bid price includes this and therefore, please make a note of this (above and below info). Because of this, the back-links that are coming from the pages with the original and optimized article are more valuable than the back-links made trough directories. It is true that the directories can offer a high PR of the page where the back-link is placed, but for Google this doesn’t count as much now as before. We will provide you links on theme based website and pages. It means links will be relevant and from the same industry.
