I need to be able to connect through OpenVPN and PPTP. I want to use free radius software to connect to the servers and payment servers so that when a use pays the subscription is automatically added to the servers so the user can gain access. I want a desktop application that will be designed or modified to work on several different operating systems. \r\n\r\nClient website side I need the user to be able to \r\n\r\nChange account password\r\nUpgrade package\r\nHow long is left on his package\r\nView guides / tutorials\r\nHelp center with ticket support\r\nInvoices due \r\nNetwork Status\r\nKnowledge base \r\nDownload configs \r\n\r\nClient Dekstop Program I need the user to be able to \r\n\r\nSign in using password and username emailed to them by the system but also displayed on site \r\nPick which location they want to connect to\r\nSelect to add program to start up\r\nKill internet when the vpn dies \r\nreconnect if the connection drops \r\nDiagnose connection\r\nConnection Status and logs \r\nBlock vpn from being used on certain sites\r\nStatus of each server \r\nInstall/uninstall/update/verify wintap \r\n \r\nI also need system where there are ranks \r\n\r\nRank 1 = User\r\nRank 2 = Support Member\r\nRank 3 = Tech Support \r\nRank 4 = Admin\r\nRank 5 = Owner\r\n\r\nWhere certain members only have access to certain pages.\r\n\r\nOn the support member they would need to be able to\r\n\r\nView tickets \r\nReply to tickets\r\nClose tickets \r\nFlag ticket as urgent and notify admin \r\nView account details but only package details and payment method used\r\n\r\nTech Support would be the same as Support members only they can view server configs from the website and error messages and update network status \r\n\r\nAdmin \r\nShould be able to view all a support member can and: \r\nAdd/edit news \r\nUpdate Knowledge base \r\nView server configs and status \r\nView server errors \r\nView Full user profiles \r\nAccess to change packages but not price \r\nBan users \r\nView flagged tickets \r\n\r\nOwner would have access to everything which would includes extras such as \r\nPayment gateways \r\nUser payment info such as email and amount \r\nChange all package details \r\n\r\nI have additional details I will give to whomever contacts me.
