Need PHP expert for website development work

I need a php expert to do the following task for my website i.e, [login to view URL], it is get rewarded to complete offer site written in php. User get points to complete online offers and then they can use that points to get mobile recharge and movie tickets. Now I need to have following things- 1. Shopping Part- User will be to shop against the points. The Admin will be able to add products with image n points needed to buy. Then user will be able buy that from its earned point. 2. SMS API INTEGRATION- ADMIN will be able send bulk sms or individual sms to user. 3. Notifications - Admin will be add notification message to all user or individual user that will be displayed on user dashboard. 4. There would be a box on Members dashboard that will display 'Today's Offer' that content can be set by admin. 5. Proof Submit- User will be submit feedback n their proofs of getting rewards by users. 6. Send Point feature- User will be able to send points to other user by entering username of that user. 7. Some design changes in user panel. Payment Terms for this project- For every point from 1 to 7 you complete i will pay you in 7 part as the point is done. I will create milestone and release when u done a point. Future Projects- I have lot's of project near about 15-20 so you will get those too based on php too.
