Need a page creating that has 5/6 fields for customers to enter their details. Once their details are entered it will link to a specific website. Need a "hidden" keystroke combination to be able to bypass the form filling page and go straight to the website. Once on the website it will need to "timeout" after 2 minutes of no use and go back to the form filling page. We would like the form entry page to be in a CMS so we can add and take away fields/change titles on the fields, change the colours for the page. Also a section at the top and bottom of the page where we can upload different branding/logos. All this needs to work with Proviso Site Kiosk software
