Video Upload quality improvement

I am looking for a programmer well versed in PHP, MySQL, flash and web video who can troubleshoot and fix a site designed using Boonex's Dolphin software (version 6.0.0005) and utilizing Longtail's JWPlayer. There appears to be a conflict between the Boonex Ray suite and Longtail's JWPlayer that is allowing video to be uploaded to my video sharing site at a significantly more reduced quality than the same videos are uploaded to other video sharing sites. Initial requirements will require familiarizing oneself with the coding, fixing any conflict between the Boonex software and third party Longtail player without compromising any current features, functionality or aesthetics of the site. The final assurance that the job is completed successfully will be manifest by a comparison of the quality of videos reuploaded to my site and viewed against the same video uploaded to other user-generated content sites. The ideal candidate should be confident in researching and troubleshooting coding issues, capable of independent instruction, self motived, dependable and optimistic. Again, the goal of this project is to fix a conflict and/or coding so that all video uploaded to my site is playable and viewable at what any web viewer would consider standard resolution and quality and comparable to the quality of the same video uploaded to another similar website such as Youtube.
