Web Design + Developement + Adhoc

We require outsourcing for our website design companies. We have built a framework with templates, themes, plugins everything a web designer would need. Our clients pay a set fee set up fee, a project manager will gather the requirements from the customer and forward them on to the designer who must be able to have a 72 hour turn around. Each website the designer will get $80NZD and it may take up 15mins through to 5-6 hours. We allow unlimited changes until the customer is happy. We charge the customer $10 for any future changes which the developer gets all (will go through a support ticket system) Sometimes it may be needed for the web designer to edit themes to meet requirements but no intense coding will ever be required. We may at times ask to have new child themes created in which we will pay $150NZD There may also be other PHP work available which we will pay a hourly figure for. by bidding on this project you are accepting $80 per website, $150 per theme, $10 per request and the hourly budget you provide will be for all Ad Hoc work we ask you to do. Outsource company must have multiple employees, speak very good english and be able to meet demand. There may be a high demand one week and nothing the next. A 72 hour turnaround for new websites and a 24 hour turnaround for requests must be met.
