178807 Web Site Simple Revamp

Refreesh of the [login to view URL] web site. N2S consulting is the company I use for my consulting work so there are no employees. I need to: - A new logo - refresh the looks (i provide the text) while keeping the current feel and color scheme (if you think a small change can improve it, I am open minded) - make more interactive menus - add some smart Consulting related images - make it easier for me to maintain - Have a small frame with scrolling news - add a page called "Affiliates" where people can register and send their CVs. PHP/MySQL is preferred as easier to maintain. - add the usual bottom banner with Contact us, copyright, disclaimer etc... - the overall design must be not over charge, smart, sleek and failry minimal showing professionalism. Full specs upon bidding but I don't foresee more than a couple of days work. No payment upfront, but money will be put in Escrow and released in two phases. 50% once logo is approved and 50% at delivery. I can provide all the sources for the current site (CSS, images etc...)
