Help unlocking software from dead company

I purchased a predictive dialer program from a small company that is now out of business.? I now wish to upgrade my dialer computer, but I no longer have? a serial number for the software.? When I go to install it on the new computer, I get pretty far into the install, then it askes me for a serial number to continue.? ? I simply need someone to bypass the serial number part of the install.

I have receipts for the the original software purchase to veriy that I do indeed own the software.
