The coder I am looking for will need to complete work in person, as part of Innovation Consortium: 2008. The Innovation Consortium is set up by a group of American business people from Harvard to harness the talent and expertise of international coders. Last year we pushed out [url removed, login to view], a leader in interactive ringback marketing.
Each year we select a small group of coders who are invited to come to work with each other on a variety of projects, this year the Consortium is being held in Bangalore, India. The consortium lasts approximately 2 weeks and you will be invited to work on your assigned project, in person. We have found that in person oversight, constant feedback, repetitive bug squashing, and cooperation have led to higher quality work, less problems, and greater efficiency. We have also found that innovation thrives when we put a bunch of smart people in a room together.

## Deliverables
Pay is in on a per project basis, with bonus given to the top performing coders.
At times, coders may be assigned to cooperative groups to work together on a given project. Projects may include basic web design, programming, and coding.
The skill set of the team includes, PhP, MySql, C++, Java, Perl, Python, Ruby, etc. You do not need to have knowledge of every language, but we are looking for the most versatile coders who are able to easily able take instructions and create a quality project.
You will be met in Bangalore by two experienced product managers who will oversee the entire two week process and to whom you will report.
Full Time help is preferred, but we will work with part time coders as well.
We will begin with a Team Meeting Friday, August 1st in the evening, and then coding will begin the next day. The Consortium will last 10 days.
The Innovation Consortium is a very prestigious amalgamation of coders, we only select the most skilled and brilliant. For it participants, it offers a high paced and challenging work environment and an exposure to some of India's top coders which is great for networking and career building.
Travel stipend and housing stipend will be provided, depending on where you are coming from. We will pay your lunch and dinner while at work, in cash.

- Basic Web Design with checkout capabilities
