Minor Enhancements and Site Maintenance

We need some minor upgrades and maintenance done to our website to bring it current. Site was developed as WordPress site. We will provide you with cpanel access and need the following services: Our website has been taken offline by the hosting service provider due to loading issues in mySQL. The winning FL will repair the site by doing the following: 1) Addressing instability of centralized lsqp server caused by account mysql usage and a high number of mysql connections. Identify cause, report issues, and provide solution. 2) Outdated WordPress version and upgrade of all plugins 3) Use of plugin to help with the load on the site 4) Migration to new site host and ensure full site transfer with no issues 5) Implement a new pop-up advertisement/flyer when the site is launched. Will be provided in PDF format.
