redo my simple static website on the cheap

I have this old website, very simple with a logo and a handful of static content pages. I need the site redone with a more professional look, like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], or cisco.com. You can reuse my existing logo, but if you come up with a better one, I'll pay a bonus. The new site must be done in NVU or in Microsoft Front Page 2000, and it must be setup in such a way that I can adjust the overall look of the site easily, and be able to quickly add pages to the navigation menu's. If you cannot do this in NVU or FP2000, do not bid. If you are an unrated or low-rated coder, do not waste your time with a maximum bid. If you are very high-rated, go ahead and bid the maximum and I will seriously consider it. The current site is [login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
