ArcGIS JavaScript API - Web GIS - Code Modification

I have an app built with ArcGIS JavaScript API 3.17 integrated with bootstrap an jQuery - with the following functionality: 1- Display of the properties and ownership informaiton on click.. 2- Navigation(PAN Zoom,zoom To Parcel) 3- Search by OwnerName, Address, PIN 4- Measure, buffer, mailing Label, Print. Requirements: 1- Review and Modify the code.. for all current functionality.. Document some of code(inline comments) 2- Make it configurable from the config file..(Service Links, layers ID, bufferLayerID). 3- convert MSAccess DB to mysql or postgres (will discuss that..) 4- Create Advance Search function by pulling some data(More info about the parcel) from the DB created above on Map Click.. will provide you with search form.. 5- Drawing Charts On Map Click from DB. 6- Generate reports based off the parcel selected -PDF - with the map- and without map.. 7- enhance the layout and the design. 8- The overall webapp will be real functioning and well inline code documented.. (Note: will provide you with the shapefile I don't have live server yet you need to create service locally in your machine - will try to create service in ArcgisOnline) sample of the code attached .. so you can get some idea..
