YES Proposal: Greetings, We will upgrade your CakePHP application upto version 2.9, one step at a time and as you have rightly guessed, many of the scripts may have to be rewritten/modified along the way. Beyond 2.9 and the 3.x series, there is no direct upgrade path. While there exists a tool that can do some of the changes we found through our previous experiences that it is better to rewrite the application for moving from 2.9 to 3.x series. Hence our bid is only for upto 2.9 version. If you want to upgrade beyond that, then we will have to charge extra for that. We will initially work on our local servers as it is much faster working locally. Later we will set it up on our development server for you to test out all functionality. After correcting any issues that you may find, we will transfer the application back to you. In case we have to make changes to the database, we will provide you the documentation to the changes.
