Assist me to Modify & Setup Existing WooCommerce Store -- 2

Hello! Currently I am renewing an existing Online Store using Wordpress + WooCommerce. I am planning to install a new theme, and some other modifications to make it faster. The person I hire will work together with me not only to make the work faster but to assist me in any problems arise. The website is running on a VPS so knowledge on VPS would be great as well. Work that needs to be done: - Create Stage development site (this is where we will work on site until it is ready) - Update Wordpress and WooCommerce to latest Stable Version - Install Theme and also make modifications that I will need (Person will need to know how to make modifications to theme, maybe using a Child Theme) - Add some modifications to checkout -- I need the checkout to display the image of the product, be able to modify quantity of items directly on checkout, and most important be able to show and Upsell on the checkout. - Install WPML to make Website fully Translatable into English and Spanish (help me with auto-location translation) My main focus for translation is Spanish, we can even create the website in Spanish from start and translate it to English. - Assistant and recommendations about CDN - Help make website fast, maybe with Cache, CDN, i am open to suggestions - When website is finished, move website and make it Live combining it with Current Orders database, etc. Notes: I am open to use plugins if needed, if they will make our lives easier. Open to suggestions. IMPORTANT NOTE: I will work in MileStones. All Milestones will be paid, BUT NONE WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL END OF PROJECT. You can be sure i will release them, you can check my reviews, and have been long time here. I will pay them, but release them at the end.
