Basic HTTP Botnet

If you don't know what a HTTP Botnet is and don't know how they operate then please refrain from bidding. This project will be for open source use to the internet and fully created for educated purposes only. I need the source code to be fully commented which means English needs to be excellent. This botnet should bypass at least 3 AV's for educational purposes. This isn't a malware software, so it doesn't need to bypass all AV's. Website Design: Colour I'm looking for a dark theme.
