Build a Directory Portfolio Listing with Job Board on WordPress

Admin can mark premium options to any designs to show them more upside. People can see the design, see the designer portfolio, contact the designer in the website. Email notification goes to parties., designer comes back on the site dashboard given to the designer wherefrom designer can read all messages as received from clients. A demo site is already there in place to refer and built. I want someone who can do all this in great coding manner. Apart from it, blog post option, categories, subcategories i will create, you just need to give a face to it.
