Build a Plugin

1- I need a plugin that uses Papa Parse [login to view URL] to enable mass imports of csv files into any post type (including custom) via WP-API endpoints. The plugin should be able to take the CSV heading row and intelligently create `postmeta` entries. I'm aware this is a slow, clunky way to go about it, but using the API functions is required. If you code your own endpoints, they must be compliant with [login to view URL] This is because the application I'm working on extends the Metadata API and creates/registers custom postmeta tables that can be accessed via the built-in WordPress functions without requiring custom code. This plugin is a small piece of a larger puzzle. The fields in the `posts` table should comprise the first 23 columns of any csv imported using this method, with any additional fields assumed to be new postmeta and added to `postemeta` accordingly.
