There will be two types of users like end-user and Admin. All user roles will have their own dashboard with their respective role and permissions. -Admin will be able to build pages, create quizzes, and manage registration/enrollment, view activity. -User will be able to view reports and manage activity. -Website will track via Google Analytics. -we will use the HTML 5, CSS 3 and JavaScript Libraries with Bootstrap Framework for responsive website. I am having two options to make this website. 1) - We can use the WordPress as CMS and create the features as per your description. It will cost around 3500 USD only. The delivery time will be 40 working days. 2)-We can also do this via custom core programming using any latest framework like Laravel (PHP). But it will increase the cost and time by 30%.
