Build Responsive Craft CMS Website

Description The project requires the conversion of a PSD file to Responsive CraftCMS Theme. The theme should built with from scratch and use custom fields where applicable to ensure the website is easy to update. Please read this brief before submitting a proposal. **Previous Craft CMS examples are critical, need to demonstrate experience working with Craft CMS, please don't apply if you haven't worked with Craft CMS before.** ** The grid is based on 1200 12 column grid. We will be adding the text content for the pages so you will only be making the framework for the pages and main templates with whatever content is in the PSD. The PSD is very well documented and highlights key elements within the page layout, there is also a folder within the Home PSD which is turned off but this has an indication of how the hover effects should look.  Timeline 7 Days Key Requirements Markup and Framework
 MUST be a PSD to Craft CMS conversion from SCRATCH. Fully custom - No templates. Use HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP. Bonus points if you show your processes using jQuery, SASS or LESS. PSD supplied will be a desktop version in real pixels. It's up to you to refactor this PSD into a CONTENT-BREAKPOINT responsive design. Prefer the left right edges to have 20px padding on each side. PSD has a folder indicating hover-states, effects, transitions and animations are preferred mentioned in details below. Compatibility wise, it MUST support - PC, MAC, iOS, Android, on Chrome, Canary, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Internet Explorer (9 and up).
