Hi! I hope this proposal finds you well, and I hope you will consider me for this project. I am currently a college student majoring in computer science and I have recently become proficient in web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This is actually my first proposal on this site, but I feel that I am more than qualified for the project. For one, I have experience creating the type of dynamic menu that you describe at the internship that I just worked this past summer, so I am sure I would be able to complete this task without PHP or ASP. Also, now that the internship is over I have a lot of free time on my hands, so delivering it very quickly would be no issue at all. I'll do it using simple HTML and some css styling and positioning. no php or asp required i just need to change some php
