We need a real estate website design and built. We would like the site to SEO with relevant keywords incorporated into the site for best white hat optimization. The real estate website will enable visitors to search homes/condo/land available in Northern California. Once they find the home, they will notify us within the website that they want to make an offer of that house. The buyer will then upload their bank approval to our website to prove that they are qualify to purchase the house they want. Once your team have been selected as the web developer, you will need to fill out page 17 of 18 attached form below. This form will be submitted to our real estate data management company immediately, they will you and provide you with the RETS or raw data feed to be incorporated into the website. Detailed information is found below by the data company ( This may take up to two weeks for approval): If you wish to obtain a RETS data feed from MLSListings, please complete the attached data feed contract. If you have a technical consultant/Web developer please make sure this person or company completes the section of the contract labeled Exhibit D (Licensee – Consultant Agreement). Our MLS data is access through an industry standard RETS (Real Estate Transaction Standard) data server. We do not offer FTP data feeds. Please note that MLSListings is currently RETS 1.7.2 compliant and RETS 1.5 backwards compatible. Also under Exhibit B (Licensee Offerings). This section you will need to explain is as much detail as possible the intended use of the MLS data, how it will be used, who will have access to it. If you have other documentation that describes this please include those with the completed contract. Once finished please email or fax in the entire contract (Not just the signed pages) to be processed. Typical turnaround time for applications to be approved and processed is about 1-2 weeks. All contracts must be signed off by our CEO, and there are time the CEO is not readily available. Once the contract has been processed and approved an email will be sent to all involved that will include the login credentials, and the URL to access our RETS server. We would like to have a site like www.openlistings.com. We would like our website to have all the functions of openlistings.com. The design and UI will be different. Please make sure the site has a minimalistic feel and have a professional feel and look. We will need a database for users to save their searches and preferences and will have automatic listing alert for properties fitting their criteria will be emailed to them for their considerations.
