Build a Website

Hi Freelancers, I'm looking for someone or a company to help me create an affiliate marketing website similar to [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] , [login to view URL] . The overall objective is to market the website through SEO, Google ADs, and Social media outlets to generate traffic that turns into leads. Therefore I would need a full CMS system that allows me to edit all content on the website. I would need the ability to post new articles, decided which are featured, as well as edit company profiles, and other pages on the website. I will provide the design idea for the homepage of the website (might need a few changes / additions). All other pages would need your inspiration, most importantly the "Comparison Page". Since I'm providing the overall design of the website, my budget for this project is $300-400. As for milestones / payment for this project, I will release the milestone when the website is up and running. So once, the frame of the website has been finished, I will begin uploading all content to the website, as well as applying for affiliate links and #'s from the companies I plan to partner with. Once the affiliate links are working on the website, full payment will be released. To make sure you've read my brief, please write "Secure" at the beginning of your bid.
