I need to create a simple 2 page website, the website is for people in science. It should have the functionality on the backend to be able to import CSV, XLS, XLSX files and then import it into a MySQL database; we can use the first row as the column's identifiers.
Now, in the backend a user will also have the option to upload data to pre-existing tables. So we should have the option to UPLOAD data to a table as well. There will be a list of all of the tables, and then users can see all the columns associated with all of those tables. At that point they will be upload a CSV/XLS/XLSX file and upload it there. If the column structures don't match then they won't be able to upload it.
The second page is a page to download all the data. They can select the table to download and select specific filters. These filters can act as SQL Queries, all you have to set up is a function where someone inputs a SQL Query like "Select * from table where column1 = CA". I can recreate all the specifics of it.
