Our primary Internet objective is to establish our ‘brand’ identity, awareness, and interest in a nontraditional approach to a niche segment in the real estate market. We seek to create an informative, content rich user-friendly website that is easy to maintain. We must develop a user-friendly site that can deliver rich content on locations across the USA and in the future, globally. Additionally, we must have robust a platform for member registration and profile and for partner registration and profile management.
1. Design should be light, more visually stimulating and inviting to navigate
Include a combination of rich text and images that is visually pleasing
Homepage consisting of slideshow boxes that can be easily updated: events, what’s new, publications, features, etc.
Menu bar should show the primary things we engage in, without people having to click and look at a drop-down menu
Engage buyers at all stages of the sales cycle
Intuitive navigation, concise messaging, compelling visuals that are quick to load
2. User interface should present comprehensive information in a readily accessible, searchable format
Robust content management system:
Advanced search function (site-wide);
Showcase new content while also having a user-friendly archive of older content
Information uploaded on one part of the website should be available and cross-referenced in multiple locations
Also information about geographic locations should be more visible (not just a list view, but a more appealing layout, since locations are often what draws people to our website.)
3. Content Management System should facilitate frequent updates of content, articles, links, and blogs:

New web-based tools to deliver timely and relevant answers to audiences’ questions
Client Registration - information capture integration with Ontraport marketing automation platform
Partner Registration - information capture integration with Ontraport marketing automation platform
4. Homepage should generate high traffic, better reaching our audiences
Draw people to the website (SEO optimized)
Encourage visitors to stay and browse
Call to Action to capture information (registrations)
Encourage them to share what they have found on social media
Ensure that audiences come back regularly
Provide regular news updates that keep people coming back
Strengthen relationships with community partners
5. Website must be safe and secure using HTTPS and a hardened CMS to keep both the site secure and also to protect client and partner data
6. Website should work well on mobile devices and tablets using best practices of responsive design

• Experience developing web sites that are integrated with the Ontraport Marketing Automation Application (or similar competitive product). Preference will be given to the Ontraport platform.
• Describe testing and support plan
• Describe how web site and data will be secured
• References for three former or current clients
• Pricing with optional elements listed separately
• Terms and conditions
