Build custom-CSS form and sync to Gravity Form Plugin for data collection

Hello, My name is Faizan. Hope you are doing great. I have seen your project requirements and its does make sense. I have worked on gravity forms recently(Added a new field type through a custom plugin). I can work on this too. This project will be started right away. For the animation will be use CSS animation and bit of jquery. A little bit about me: I am the team lead, project manager and in most cases senior developer of a small team called CodeExecuter.
