Need a primary membership database setup on existing website to include last name, first name, address, hope phone, cell phone, email address, gender, birthday and date joined. Also need 4 additional databases off the primary membership that would enter and report on lastnames beginning with A to G, H to N, O to U and V to Z. I've attached the requirements.
