Build a multi-step website to give out loans; WordPress/WooCommerce or Magento experience is beneficial

We'd like to create a multi-step website to give out loans to our customers. Customers would choose a loan amount, loan length, and repayment plan on the first interface (the homepage), create an account on the second interface, log in into their online bank account on the third interface through a third-party API (where we would run an analysis on their transaction data and approve or decline their loan application), and finally the customer would choose their method of deposit if they are approved. Customers can choose to receive the payment by debit card or to their bank account (which would be done again through a third party API). Once the loan amount is given to the customer, then a recurring billing should be set up through a third party API so that the customer repays the loan. Users should have a user interface where they can see their current loan information or access previous loan information in addition to the typical pages of a website, e.g. FAQ, About Us, etc. We would like the platform to be developed using WordPress and woocommerce. We’d love to hear your ideas if you know of a platform that would be a better option, and if you know of themes that would fit with our design.
